The Exentis Group AG is the inventor of the patented Exentis 3D Mass Customization®, the leading 3D screen printing technology, which also enables multi-material printing (from metal to ceramic or vice versa). Based in Stetten, Switzerland, and founded in 2015 the Exentis Group produces components for electric motors and renewable energies and supports and promotes sustainable e-mobility projects such as the WAVE Trophy.
Renewable energy is an essential development and production focus of the Exentis Group. Current projects deal with 3D printing of bipolar plates for fuel cells or solar receivers for tower power plants. The sustainable 3D printing technology of Industrialized Additive Manufacturing conserves environmental resources while allowing a free choice of materials and high component complexity.
The technology creates a new level of flexibility in production processes and replaces the time and cost intensive tooling in the use of established production technologies - supported by in-house screen development and production. Exentis optimizes the entire process chain from the development project to the millionfold industrial production of the components. The fast growing company enables the customer to decide between production of the components at Exentis or in-house production within the framework of license agreements.
