As the founder of Bring Women Back to Work (BWBW), I’ve had the privilege of watching our organization grow from strength to strength. One year after we partnered with Nexell to implement Salesforce, I’m excited to share the remarkable transformation we’ve seen in our operations and our ability to support more women in re-entering the workforce.
When we started BWBW, our mission was clear: to help women who had taken a career break return to the workforce. But as we began to expand and scale our programs, we found that our systems weren’t keeping up with our needs. Managing data across different platforms, different countries, tracking relationships, and communicating effectively with both our beneficiaries and partners became increasingly difficult. We needed a solution that could grow with us and help us reach more women, more efficiently.
Enter Salesforce, a powerful tool that promised to help us address these challenges. Through our partnership with Nexell, we implemented a Salesforce solution called NPC (The Nonprofit Cloud), that was tailored specifically to BWBW’s unique needs as an NGO. With Nexell’s expertise, we created a centralized system that allowed us to better track and manage our data, engage with our stakeholders, and improve our operations.
One year into using Salesforce, I’m proud to say that the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable:
For NGOs like BWBW, the 10 free Salesforce licenses available through the 1.1.1 Model is an incredible opportunity. It means that even small organizations can leverage the power of Salesforce to improve their operations without a large financial investment. With Nexell’s deep understanding of the NGO sector and their technical expertise, they were the perfect partner for us. They didn’t just implement a system – they took the time to understand our needs and helped us build a solution that truly supports our mission.
What truly sets Nexell apart is their commitment to giving back. Through their NexellAngels program, they provide pro-bono services to NGOs, ensuring that organizations like ours can access high-quality technical support, even when budgets are tight. Nexell’s dedication to supporting the social sector extends far beyond technical implementation – it’s about helping organizations like BWBW make a real, lasting impact.
With Salesforce now fully integrated into our operations, we’re better equipped to scale our impact. The system continues to evolve with us, and Nexell remains a trusted partner, to ensure we’re using Salesforce to its full potential. This partnership has helped us take a huge step forward in fulfilling our mission, and we look forward to what the future holds.
If you’re an NGO looking to improve your operations and scale your impact, I highly encourage you to consider the Salesforce 1.1.1 Program. With 10 free licenses, you can start using Salesforce today to manage your data, communicate with stakeholders, and improve your operational efficiency. Nexell, with their expertise in the NGO sector, can guide you through the process and help you create a solution that fits your unique needs.
For us, the journey with Salesforce has just begun, and we’re excited to see how it continues to help us drive positive change in the lives of women across Europe.
